Aquamarine: If you're looking for a good paint program for a low price, I HIGHLY suggest you do a google search for "Gimp". It's free, and is potentially as good as Adobe/Corel/PSP/all the other "high quality" paint programs. It's what I started out on, and I'd still be using it if I didn't get adobe for free...
