'nother bug eyed dragon... i really do love the way these dragons are colored. so vibrant. but... ugh, i can't get off the porportions!

Well, I'm still working on that.Hasn't put off the buyers, tho'!

I only think the wings could have been bigger

I would have loved to give him proportionate wings,but working on A4 means I'm limited to only so much space and detail.

This piece of art is again pens & pencils , after some study. The collours are quite clever though it lacks somthing . The wings are far to small for the body length . The claws on the wing s are wrong for the wing shape . The movment is stilted , considering its in mid movment . Advice 1. study more lizards that dwell in trees as the leg mvment needs tweeking also this will help in the shape & size of the wings . 3 . keep all studys you make & start a file of different body parts as guide to new creations this will show how new ideas will fit

hmmm.. We already discussed that the wings needed to be bigger. Who cares about claws according to wing shape? It's her imagination.

I know, The Critic! I wanted to focus on the shape of the beastie, rather than the wings. I tend to work on the premise that dragons are a blend of cat and snake creatures,and I hope that the life of these animals helps to bring my pictures a little closer to that magic perfection.

bug eyes? the eyes look kinda small really, well, they're the size they should be actually. Bug-eyed is when they're bulging
