Good. Your getting better. This is just what I see you could work on: The neck seems a little too stiff, and it narrows out a bit. I generally don't like the wings (no offence. This is just my opinion), they're too small and have a lot of ribs. Though the rib part is alright. That's you style; I just dislike it. And the last thing is that the bottom jaw is way too short. That dragon would have a massive overbite.

hands and tail just need a little work but other wise youve met perfection!
