Oooooooh!!!! He looks so cool!!! I love the color and pose and expression and design very much! The only thing I would say is that the connection of the wings to the body needs a little work.

A quick pointer, watch where you join your ear to the head. It seems to be a little too close to the eye in this one. Try picturing where the jawline would run along the side of the head and keep it in line with that. C:

Maybe ears are too close to the eyes but personnaly I think it's not a problem is that picture, it make a unique and nice head line. Coloring and expression are very well done, you Tiamal seems talented for drawing sad expressions.

I have to say I agree with Nyliir on this point about the ear (See Acylius? I'm Nyliir's apprentice) but I don't think it takes away from the picture very much if at all.
