First! Very good Catc, I really like the new and improved picture, especially the star design and the background. However, I'm a little bit disappointed that you didn't do anything to improve the wings, since I specifically pointed that out last time. But whatever, tis very good improvement!

 to be honest i couldn't really think of a way to improve them since they were the backs... another of my weak points

Hmmm...I guess just doing the fingers and arm lines would have helped, but tis a small error amongst great improvement

Agree with Rana about the wings, but there is good inspiration in that picture, I think you should work on it.

oh yes forgots to ask... what else could be improved..... fixed the highness of the mouth, added a wing topper..... i am not sure though that the fingers in the wings would be appropriate since that it the back of the wings

no, it would be since the membrane goes through the middle of the wings, you'd see the fingers on both sides. Hmmm...what else...1) Make the eye more realistic/bigger 2) Maybe more color on the dragon 3) not so many stars near the moon. I know this sounds weird but the light of the moon generally blots out nearby stars. 4) More distinct star on cheek. Other than that you're good I think!

well...can you picture a folded wing? The back of the wing would look like the folded over part

its the Paint it is so unpredictable sometimes.....

I hate Paint, I still don't understand how you manage to make even semi-decent pictures with it, much less the stuff you do now. Anyway, bye bye!

it just takes patience xD i don't understand a thing about photoshop so i am in awe of how you guys keep trac of it all on there!

 I just do line art. I can understand paper and pencils. Computer art confuses me.

i think that in a way it is a way to show how much you have improved and it can very often make you proud and suprised at how much you have improved with your skillz....

it tis the county fair i always enter in both the school and 4-H art catergories
 last year there was this one kid that totally traced their pictures and they of course got the blue ribbons while i got the red...  i was angry
