people usually miss out the eyes when the perosn is emabarresed or sad or angry if you watch anime it does it in alot of things to show emotion

Faces are the best part of the picture most of the time. It expresses the character. Like yesturday I drew Xigbar and he looked like he was up to no good, as usual. Lol.
