Dont worry about not being able to post that often, at least you can post, some peoples computer completly mess up and crash and get viruses!
And I can say that I know from personal expereince all the troubles of moving house!
If you were to juggle a lion, and a house cat, the end result would look something like a tattered chunk of red fabric. The cat would scratch anything within reach, and the lion would just eat you. The lesson to learn? Make sure you eat your spinach.
While I'm still thinking about it, I'd like to ask anyone who knows Talus's phone # to pm it to me please.
We had it at one time but when we got robbed the guy took or phone with all our numbers in it so that we couldn't call the cops on him. (funny he didn't think of stealing the house phone, lol)
Anywho, I haven't talked to dear old tal in like forever and I was just hoping to get in touch with him for old times sake. Now that it's been a few years I've got so much to talk to him about.

Now I'm starting to feel left out
The problem is, I don't have internet at home and I don't have any IM accounts. So I'll have to deal with just posting here.
Don't feel bad I don't have the net at home yet either. I finally got that lab top and I've been bumming the net from a friend. Who live a half hour away from me. So I've been getting on mostly on the weekends, if Maryin has them off of work that is.

Well, I still live with my parents and they got rid of our home phone, our internet connection, and our satelite/cable connection for four cell-phones about two years ago (maybe more). So I got screwed. Then this place got blocked by my school's firewall, so that messed me up even more.
Couple that and living out in the country, and you get nearly complete isolation from the world.
I feel sorry for you. That must be really annoying sometimes.
Speaking of school fire walls, maybe you could help me find something? Someone said that they found a site, with a weird name, that can unblock pages... but I cant find this site, it would really help me when im at school! I cant understand why this message board is blocked and a few others that are the same as this arent!
O.K.
Blue Tiger, there are a bunch of sites like that floating on the 'net. They're called "proxys." I don't know any right off hand, my school blocked all the ones I used to know, so I forgot them.
Then there is the act of "pinging" a website to get it's IP address, which most schools don't bother with blocking. You use the "command prompt" program that Windows has for this.
If you want more info about either, PM me.
Oh, don't try googling "proxy sites," your school has probably blocked around the first 20 or so pages of them.
Well, the head of the IT department at my school just happens to be the driver of my bus. This has caused a fair number of problems for me and my friends.
But aside from that, I have found a fair number of ways through the firewall. Comand Prompt is used in two or three of the school provided classes, so they can't block it without angering two or three teachers (not to mention the three or four hundred students).
The flaw in my highschool's internet blocks was that it was all only on the school computers, not the network itself. So you could bring in a laptop or a cell phone and access the internet freely.
