What's the big picture though? Why are Ramajon and Bronail at war? Who initiated it and why? How does the war effect Ganonan and Breshan? What are their leaders like?
Please add more to the plot.
Ael, the advisor to Xen, the kind, level-headed king of Bronail, was killed. Xen sent spies to the other 3 countries to find out who commited such an act. When one returned with info on an assasination attempt made by Kaxin, the aragant dictator-like chief of Ramajon, he declared war immediately.
Since Breshan is a self-sustaining continent they are barely effected. But, Cathane, the peaceful High Lord of Breshan and cammander of the Breshan Naval force, has chosen not to engage in any trade until the war is over, and not to enter the war.
Since Ramajon is a country within a mountain they can grow only fungus and a few types of grains, and catch only flying and swimming creatures. They are practically starving themselves with heavy rationing, yet refuse to enter the war. Ragnofael, the leader of Ramajon is hot headed, but has to obey the Council of Elders their government put into place over a millenia ago.
