You have proven your self time and time again, along with others, and the king has an urgent mission for you and your freinds. No contact has been made with the eastern mining village of Tuh'Tahl for almost a month. The last contact came from a delivery man, who brought the good news that the village had reached a new depth of wealth, a giant cache of diamonds. Then, all contact was severed. Official envoys that have gone there have never returned, and a magician who survived from an unoffical trip returned, but barely, babbling, and hallucenating about a giant man who was feasting on the miners and villagers. Obviously these are lies or dreams, but nontheless, the fact that the magician is delirious is cause to worry. If you could discover the problem and return, The king would knight each of you, and pay you 500 acres of prime land.
