the dragon is a bit scary, but i like it. the dragon does look like it has been made with some type of ink, but i don't think pen was used

It could have been drawn by hand, scanned, then colored on Adobe or GIMP or some other photo-editing program. Thats what I think happened.

yeah you're probably right because it's virtually mpossible to get that effect the light has on the wings and scales.

Unless she/he's really good at that technique.

You,Listen CAREFULLY.Tempest would never put up stolen art n his gallery.If all you can do is say you allegedly know Raven personally,then why don't you ask him/her.?Or maybe your brain imploded with the effort of using a keyboard.

look the only way you can get art on here is if you get it on your computer andsend it in to tempest, how is tempest to know if the ar isnt from the person thety say its from, he just puts it up, and anyways, i doubt you do know raven, if you know raven then im ravens little brother

If I have doubts about the origin of a drawing, I usually contact the author to have more detail about their work. However, there is little I can do against someone going on DeviantArt, take a picture and claim it to be his/her own but rest assured that if there are evidences that someone claimed the work of someone else, that drawing will be swiftly removed. Also, knowing there can be no succeed in fraud, such person will eventually end up being caught (because there is no consistency in their style (stealing arts from multiple source), because someone has already seen the art displayed elsewhere, because they cannot explain how they have done this or that effect (photoshop, or a similar program), etc) and in the end, they will lose the respect of the members of this community.
