i seem to be getting some of my appetite back im keeping track of what im eating *gets out list* so far i have eating some of a terrys chocolate orange and a bowl of soup with some bread *looks up* ok so its not a very big list but its a start

I haven't even done it in a year! But i was so frustrated that I just acted on old habits. i sat and stared blankly into space and went into a kind of shock when I did it.

to be honest is just another form of self harm (yes self harm is not just slitting your wrists i dont know were people got that from) and like all the other ways of self harming you have to try and stop .... if i was you i would tell a friend or an adult who could help
