yu can buy it comp stores or office stores like staples er sumthin i thnk. they come in diff packages but thas how yu can get it i thnk.

@Noname, yeah I have MSpaint, and the colors are so plain and boring, it makes my art look like poopie.

im sooooo happy to be rid of MS paint And im so happy ive got coral paint shop Pro X now(anythings better than MS paint)

i have sumthin similar to yu akira. i hve corel painter. tis ok. i like PS better. i used to thnk the other way round.

there`s a freeware drawing programm i the internet for DL ( don´t know where to get , a friend gave it to me) its called "open Canvas" very simple but one of the best drawing programms i´ve ever used, better thean PS (if its just for Drawing) maybe you can find it by searching after it´s name! it´a great programm!
