As defined by the Encyclopedia of Ethics, pornography is "the sexually explicit depiction of persons created with the primary, proximate aim, and reasonable hope, of eliciting significant sexual arousal on the part of the viewer". I do not think this picture suggest that it was the artist's intended goal. However, we can all agree that we do have nudity displayed on this pic. Now here was the tricky part behind my decision, as a webmaster, I asked myself ?"would I censor pictures of the ceiling of the Sistine chapel or pictures of the David by Michelangelo?”, and I concluded that if I did, I would go too far because this is how human (or human-like creatures) look like and most artists will one day or another encounter a book on how to draw humans (or humanoids) that will resort to naked subjects in order to help the artist understand how cloths fit over the body. All this to say that you will never find pornography here (or any picture that emphasize on those "problematic" areas) but I see no reason to censor nude representations of people or animals.
