Misery is an option...
If you are miserable, know that this is a choice and you can change this situation; you need only to have the will.
Some will say that those are harsh words and in a way it is, but considering the age of the people around here, I can't believe that what you are facing now seems so desperate that it would warrant self-termination (or more exactly, self-Injury). If you focus on the solutions and take the problems one at the time, you will certainly make some progress.
If your situation get to the point of clinical depression; go outside jog or do any kind physical exercise regularly. The body is not a thing of wild magic, but a collection of chemicals, tissues and nerve impulses. Exercise raise the level of endorphin, dopamine, serotonin, and norepinephrine which in turn make you see things... from a better angle.
If all else fail, just don't sit there contemplating how bad your life is, seek the help of a competent health care professional.
