This is a japanese dragon who works with Faith Oracle and his sister, Tsuna, who is Chinese, in a group call the Counsel of Alva. They take care of things with the balance, the better of the two worlds, and outer worldly problems. my mom got me a bunch of new colored pencils, that work horridly, so its a little grainy, but the texture worked really well, and gave it a "cute look" rather than sad, depressed, evil, or vicious like I normally do.
