Makla, the feet, wings and tail are all drawn magnificently. I have been looking at all your arts and they are all brilliantly done. I am rather disappointed with this one though. The head on this dragon it seems as if you became bored and wanted to hurry up and get it done. No pun intended I think you are a wonderful artist I am just stating that I am disappointed with this one and I have seen you do better work.

aaaaactually... *nervous-ish chuckling* ... i did the head first... it actually had a lot of detail on it but... after my hand smudged over it so many times i guess it kinda got rubbed out. *slightly embarrassed* yeah, okay, you don't have to point it out... my art is getting pretty bad...

its GETTING bad, bud. smudge rarely happens this bad with me. i usually balance my pinky against the paper instead of my whole hand to cut down the smudge to a minimum. (there's actually A LOT of detail that i put into this picture that is now non-existant because of the smudges) but now i have to press my hand forcefully against the paper to keep my hand steady enough to draw.

I myself have an unsteady hand so in order to prevent smudges I put onion paper down over the sections I have drawn. It’s an old school thin piece of paper almost like tracing but not quite. It doesn’t move when you move your hand and it prevents the smudges. The picture is still nicely drawn and I like your style. Especially the Crossbreeds / Hybrids you do.

I love the weight and gravity of the subject- I don't see that often! I don't often work with pencil because of that! Mind you, some careful eraser work on the finished picture can work wonders-as long as it's a good, soft one and not one of those invincibly rock-hard ones!!Are you a lefty or a righty? I'm curious!!I'm a lefty, myself. I have lots of trouble with smearing everything over the place!!Oh, maybe it's worth your while experimenting with black colour pencils, every brand has a different underlying tone to it,I bet you'd get on well with a handful of those!Also, do you get cramp in your hand after a while?It annoys the hell out of me when I get the 'stone-carved hand' going on!!

Don't woory Makla! You are obviously still getting over your illness, and it might take some time before your body completely heals. Just take some deep breaths before going ahead and drawing, and maybe that will help out a bit.

Why I chose to register my previous name shown above _Anon after seeing that I did not want some one speaking for me.
