Hmm. When I come across a website with foreign characters (like the Chinese spam written here not too long ago) at school, all I see is little boxes. But when I view them here at home, I can see them fine. I think it has to do with some language program that some computers have, while others don't. Or it could be the operating system or something. I dunno too much about computers

It's a setting in Windows (Control Panel -> Regional Options -> Language settings for the system), so once a specific language is installed, any browser should be able to display it properly (in theory).
