I can tell this is older art, but I love the shading of everything here! It's awesome!

the scanner made it look insanely old but it was made in January. the background, actually the whole pic is darker and smoother than what the scanner made it. Tiamat: its not teh Christmasy sense of Santa and all that. the song it was based off of gave a haunting feeling of a calm midnight Christmas Eve. Christmas is described as if it was a solid object so i had the dragon symbolize that. the lil girl in the song represents childhood innocence. the beuilding is an ancient hotel with ghosts in it. you'd have to listen to the song to understand it more iguess. yu can find it on Youtube. its called "Lost Christmas Eve" by the Trans-Siberian Orchestra.
