This is going to be a birthday gift for one of my friends. I sculpted this out of clay, which I actually dug up and cleaned and separated out roots and such, I left it unpainted because to me it looks like wood.

It could fool most people with the material, but it's clearly clay, notice no scratch marks of a blade around the nostrils and eyes, and the spikes on top are not part of the main piece, it was added. Great work catc, very nice. Very Happy

and nice on getting it posted as the main picture at the top of the page Smile

thanks! (a reply over two years late lol) I am glad you like it it was a birthday present for my friend. It is indeed clay and was shellacked with several coats ^^
