well, first i drew her, then i took a pic of her, the i outlined her and colored her in Photoshop Elements 4 ^_^

I don't understand how you get such perfect color. Can someone explain to me?

She uses a program on the computer called Adobe photoshop elements, its like the Paint program, only a hell of alot better.

cool. how much does it cost to get the program through the interweb machine? so far the art programs on my new computer are either too complicated or too stupid to actually use. i'd like to get the Flash animator program, but it costs over 100 dollars to get. i complain wwaaaaaayyyyyy too much! "frowns at this"

Elements 4 costs around $100 but I got it at a discount so it only cost $70 I think. You can download a free trial from adobe that lasts 30 days, though ^_^
