Looks like it was drawn on a black board /w chalk. Its neat kinda resembles a pic I've seen though.

thas the effect i tried to give once i realized tha was what it gonna be. it was reely made on photoshop. n yu said this resembles sumthin yu saw? if it looks like another pic, its purly coincidence.
