Not to being harsh Aiolos but this gallery is for every kind of artists, not just those who could make a living off their arts.
As such comments in the lines of "can't seem to find this 'talent'" and "butt ugly" certainly do not qualify as constructive or helpful for the author who sent the drawing. Not many 10 years old could draw this... heck, not even many people of any age could draw something like that (even if their life depended on it).
As always, you (and everyone else) is entitled to your opinion (positive and negative), but there are certainly some ways to say that you do not like something while still being respectful to the author and his/her efforts involved into this.

Yeah,the sun made my spots go away! I used to have lots on my face (I'm a teenager so duuuh) and my face got sunburnt and the zits were gone!yay!

you have got to be kidding me i ahve to try literally every possible thing to get rid of my spots (im right now using a lotien and some tablets giving by the docter which are the strongest they can legally give me without risking overdose and two other things that are really exspensive)and none of it works and you go and get sunstroke and all your spots dissapear its not fair ive gotta go sunbathing more
