FIRST!! love the face in this one, the back legs look a little strange though...

Umm...ok...I'm just going to say, this is not one of your best pics Dragonness. 1) As mentioned before, the head is WAY too big. Big brains and all, yes, but it's still too big. 2) To compensate for that, you made the neck to thick and the chest too wide, making the neck-to-body trasition very uneven. 3) All the legs could use more detail and anatomy structure, plus the front-back one is extremely uneven from the other three. 4) The back legs are different sizes, different styles, different postures...frankly, they belong on two different dragons. 5) The hindquarters make him look like he's prancing...really weirdly...O.o 6) The way you designed the hair on top of the head is very undetailed, unrealistic, and misaligned. The line coming from below the neck does not match the line above the neck, and the way you have the hair all falling to the back is just not the way hair acts. 7) You need to work on wing structure. Don't get me wrong, I had a lot of problems with wing structure in the beginning too, but the basic idea is this: You have a fully muscled arm shape, five super-long extended finger, supporting the wing membrane between them. This is just for basic dragons, and can be changed/improved upon in many ways. If you want to make feather wings, have the same basic arm concept, execpt turn the top finger into a super long feather, and just follow it with a bunch of shorter feathers, going down and going back towards the arm. (good tips for this in DragonArt). If you want to do a fairy wing, then make a simple shape, or two simple shapes (butterfly wings) with no membrane, and then expand/color/decorate.

Anyway, that's all I have to say, but keep practicing!!!

thats a lot to say, but well, constructive critizism(sp?) is always good.... by the way, i like the flower on the pick, tho its kinda hard to see, is it based on a real one, cause it reminds me of on, but idk which?

Maybe I already said that before, but drawing skeletons is good to improve on anatomy! And @Rana I prefer 3 fingers' wings

Yeah, I've seen that too. I think I might switch to four finger wings, cuz that bottom finger always bugs me so badly. And...I just like to criticize, not to be mean, but just to make the artist better. I love it when people criticize my work cuz then I know how to improve. @Dragonness: Please don't be scared, I'm really not trying to be mean. I love your work, just this one in particular culd use a lot of improvement, that's all.

@Rana: course we all know you don't want mean, your critizism are helpfull advices

Hmmm...idk much about flowers but my favorite is morning glory.

hmmm...yes, sakura are very pretty, but to me, it just doesn't quite beat the mysterious creepy crawly feel of the vines, or the royal beauty of the purple flower. That's why I like morning glories best.

okay, nobody laugh at me, but my favorite flower in the whole wide world is... buttercups but there really bright and happy and cute when put in bunches in your hair! (by the way, i haven't done that since i was like eleven, so dont make fun of me!!!)

Buttercups are beautifull and nice flowers!! The french name for buttercup is bouton d'or, golden button!

@Azdar: No worries. I know Rana/Jenu . And I know EXACTLY what I did wrong. I was just too rushed 2 fix it. It was a gift for one of my friends. And, acutally, the flower was supposed to be regular lily. I can see where u got the daylily, tho!

OOC: I'm not Jenu. I have different powers than Jenu. And even Jenu was pretty bad at freezing things. In fact, the only similar thing is that we both control water.

Yep! It was also the one where you made the red-thingy cake and Akira went completely sugar-crazy and twas also the one where Kelsey talked about her past some. It's yellow and you can barely see the dragon underneath all these names of country bands. And yes, the weird ingredients did include fish, way to much flour and sugar, and pondwater. If that counts as strange ingredients.
