Sylence (and other two) is a Forigan. Forigan are strange animals that inhabit Netherdarke and Tethimus. They appear to be crosses between canines and dragons, and are devoid of mouths. They can enter an alternate dimension known as Void, there they hunt for creatures with luminance (creatures with magical energy give off a bright white aura in Void, this is called luminance). They "walk" through their pray, absorbing their luminance (Magical energy). Forigan are devided into "Lesser" and "greater". Lesser include fire,water,thunder,earth and wind element forigan. Greater include shadow, light, storm, metal, plant and dual element forigan. Lesser forigan are nearly harmless, wear as Greater forigan can consume the luminance of any creature weaker than a Tarrid. Some are more draconic than canid and vise-versa. They can be quadrupeds or bipeds.

...water should be a Greater, but oh well. That sounds really cool!
