Wow!! This picture is really cool!!!! I love the trick with the eyes, and the transparency of the wings! The tail design is pretty neat too! Two problems and two problems only. The body of the dragon is very skinny, looks like it hasn't had a good portion of meat in a while. Also, the wing fingers seem slightly strange, like there are two hands on each limb. Very creative, yes, but not very appealing to the eyes. Other than that, great picture, and amazing coloring!!!

i think that its body is meant to be skinny, like an oriental dragon's. the wings are also similar to dspice's.

Did you photoshop the eyes? They really seem to stand out from the rest of the body... EYE CANDY! XDDD This is wonderfully done, however, you need some work on your colored pencil strokes (That's what it is, right?) to make it look less grainy.
