The tail is a bit too thin, and the feet seem different sizes. Also, the wing farthest from the viewer is twisted slightly. Proportions overall are off, but the head idea is good, and the web on the back is cool.

The jaw look s kinda wrong, and it could use more shading...but pretty kewl! I like the overall position. Oh and the claws are WAY too long, he's like Freddy Crouger with those things

the top part of the head should not be so flat, and the jaw needs to be only halfway across the neck. the way you have it, the head is only resting on the neck, not connected to it. the eye is in the wrong spot. for this picture i would sugest that you put it right between the end of the lip line and the begining of the first horn. the spike on the nose needs to be dissconected. the snout needs to be slightly thicker, in proportion to the head. try to clear up the lines on the teeth. the web between the horns is nice, but the fith horn needs some work. you have a large base, a small middle, and a medium end. it need to have a large base, medium middle, and a small end. all of the bones on the wing need to be strait. you defidently need to work on the second wing. remember, is a different veiw of the wing, not a different wing. the claws need to be about half as short as they are now. you mainly need to make sure that the whole body is facing the same direction.
