@Crittic: You seem to think that everyone has been stealing things off the internet from somewhere. You aren't giving people enough credit for what THEY have done. Nyliir is very talented, if I do say so myself, and I don't think he would steal someone else's art. Can't you see the watermark?

Nyliir's a girl :3 Oh, and Critic's just being critical xD I think it's cuz Nyliir tends to put backgrounds and borders on her pics in photoshop, so they look professional, but I can see where someone might think it looks a bit "cut and paste".

Both the gallery and the board database became corrupt somewhere during the week-end and I only realized this yesterday. For the board, the corruption was in a relatively unimportant table so no one there actually noticed anything while I fixed the database. Here, the corruption was more important, I had to password protect the gallery while I was trying to fix everything. At some point I thought, I may lose the entire database, but in the end, I was able to recover everything. However, if you notice a comment made entirely of garbage/symbols or if there is corruption in some image data (ex: the description seems to have been typed in a strange alien dialect) or anything unusual, just report it using the report icon (the top right of the picture page, or on the right of the poster's name) and I will check it out.

This week update will come a bit late (tonight), sorry for the inconvenience.

I'm sorry... I just don't like it when someone doesn't believe that someone else has done the work with art. Usually the artist will state if it wasn't done by them at all, so I feel rather protective when someone doesn't believe that an artist has done a certian picture.

Yeah, I too think Critic stepped out of line their. Always assume the artist drew the picture themself unless stated otherwise or you have seen another pic like it.

Exactly. Sometimes there are really horrible people out there who will claim other people's art for their own, however it is usually really clear that they have done so if they did.

Erm.... has that happened on here? I know that some people say that other artists suck, and that they can draw way better, and some people accuse others of stealing art from somewhere else, but I haven't heard of anyone accusing someone else of stealing their own art...
