It wasn't that bad. The worst part was when he came home for a week this summer. He had his friends over, (first time I'd seen him in what? 6 months?) and I tried to show him a sword I picked up at a yard sale. He didn't even look away from his computer. He just said, "Cool. Now go away."

hes a teenager. teens tend to start drifting away from their family in favor of friends. its even happening to me!

His friends were playing with him, but that wasn't where his attention was. He was looking at his girlfriend the computer games.

I sent it in a few days ago, but I think I'll resend it in a little while, as I've done some scaling and frill work on it. I'm fairly pleased with it, but of course I would say that! I ONLY spent two or three geometry and chem classes on it.

i sent in 2 pics, both of me, and i think they are pretty good. i am somewhat of a beginner when it comes to art, but i think i have honestly improved. you can look at some of my earlier pics that are on here. the ones i sent in are better than them.

I haven't seen myself yet, so self-portraits are impossible, and would be even if I DID know myself. This one that will be put up will honestly be the first time I've drawn a dragon, so it's guaranteed to stink, basically. lmao. I just sent it in to see how I could make it better. And I will indeed look up your art.

yes, i named it alchemy after my adopted 1/2 sister. tempest didnt put a name on it, but thats ok. i put the title big enough. now i have to learn how to take a good picture! that was my 1st attempt at that kind of wing design. everyone liked it a lot.

(Here's a hint: Natural light takes a better pic than artificial.) I can completely understand why they liked it so!
