*sits up, rubbing eyes* j-jade? d-dspice?

*peers in Tiamat's eyes* hmm...you seem fine..(be back in about, 20 minutes?)

(ok) *starts panicking* where are the basilisks?! why am i in human form?! why are we here?! (*20 min later* are you back yet?)
|

|
calm down! we went through a random door, and we ended up in a wasteland. the basilisks are gone.
|

ah god...*rubs temples* the only thing i remember from before is when basilisk touched me, then i felt this terrible pain like my body was on fire. then i wake up here...
|

*grabs Tiamat and makes her look into the small lake* see? the burn's gone though..
|

you don't remember? *puzzled look* that's why your forehead hurt a lot..

i...think i was knocked out the entire time. after the basilisk touched me i just sort of passed out from the pain *shudders*

well, you're better now at least...*looks around* Dspice and me helped the flowers and trees grow. she mostly did the help..but then that cat came. *growls*

cat? was it a cute lil' kitten?

*wrinkles her nose* bleh...it was standing on two legs, black and white, and large green eyes. he made this place into a wasteland..and, he killled all the innocent animals that used to live here. he says thir all in a pile somewhere around here.

*plops down on a rock*

*shakes her head* nope..and to make it worse, all his children helped him. i don't want to hurt the little ones though...

*clenches my fists in anger**snorts* little ones?! theyre probably full grown if they helped him kill all the animals!

they're his children, so some of them could be younger.. i don't like killing animals unless they're truly evil.
|
|
|||
|
they must be truly evil if they kill other animals just to create a barren landscape all over the world.
|
|
|||
|
hmm..still...*prowls around and looks for fish in the pond* well, since we're stuck here, shall we go explore?

*in sarcastic tone* we can even play i-spy along the way! i spy something brown and dead. i spy something brown and dead. i spy something brown and dead. thats basically all there is here, besides the forest dspice made

no way, me too! *rolls her eyes* might as well, see if he really did kill everything. *sets off in a random direction*

*tries to turn back into my dragon form, but cant. staggers* i..cant change back...now...not strong enough yet. ill wait...here... *sits on rock again*

no, you are not! *stands beside her* you are going to sit on my back, and don't say no either.

what? no i cant...its fine...

get on, or i'll hold on to you while i'm flying! and i might fly very high..(be back sooon, laundry and a chore*

(ok) no jade its fine, i dont want to trouble you... besides i need to rest

*snorts, sending a cloud of steam in Tiamat's face* Pshh! botheration! well, if you need me, blow this. *hands Tiamat a small jade flute* i won't be long...*launches into the air* (i don't know how long i'll be gone)

|
*accepts the flute, then reclines in a more comfortable postion against the rock, and falls asleep*
|
|
|||
|
*soars above the barren landscape littered with rocks, dead tree stumps, and withered grasses. in one part there is a large cluster of rocks, and a small cat tumbles around, playign with a stick* *passes by and goes further*
|
|
|||
|
*dreams about dragons flying through clouds painted gold and red by a sunset*
|
|
|||
|
*sees a slight mound below and has a feeling what it is* oh gosh..i really hope that isn't..*lands and sees a large pile of birds, rabbits, squirrels, deer, wolves, foxes, and other animals lying in heap as skeletons*
*staggers and tries not to puke*

|
*as i dream, a couple cats walking on two legs creep up, vicious half smile, half snarls on their faces. one is larger then the others, and has an air of authority about him* big cat: there is on of them, the ones who intruded upon our land... small cat: what should we do with her father? *the big cat smiles evily*

|||
|
*tries not to hyperventilate and leaves the mound, flying back to Tiamat*
|
|
|||
|
*i stir as i hear the voices* big cat: lets not kill her yet, a slave would be useful.... but if she recovers, she could be a problem *he ponders these questiongs as the small cats look on*

|
*passes by the rock cluster and sees the small cat is gone* hmm..probably went inside. *lands on top of a high rock concealed and peers over the edge*
|
|
|||
|
*wakes up, yawns and stretches, then sits up, not immediately noticing the cats*
|
|
|||
|
*sees about 12 cats playing and running around, but not in a normal way* uh-oh...*decieds to go back before getting caught* *launches off quietly* *goes unnoticed except for the youngest cat who yowls*'
|
|
|||
|
*turns, and sees the cats*
*immediately starts blowing into the flute as the cats circle around me*
|
|
|||
|
*snorts as a ice cold wind tussles her mane and freezes my mane* Tiamat! *swoops low and flies faster*
|
|
|||
|
big cat: better just kill her, the other piece of filth if coming *cats leap at me, and i run for it, cats clawwing at me, creating long gashes with red lines in my clothing*
|
|
|||
|
*flies in and sees the cats attacking her* don't you dare!!
|
|
|||
|
*stumbles, and slips into the lake. the cats stop* 1st cat: i aint going in water! 2nd cat: same here *the cats all agree*
|
|
|||
|
?? *singes the cats's fur* i hate cats..*lands in front of the cats and grins evilly*
|
|
|||
|
OOC: luckily the cats hate water nearly as much as they hate vegetation and animals IC: *comes up sputtering* big cat: get in there fools! small cats: no! im not going in there! you go! (...ect)

|||
|
OOC: okay then! thankies...IC: *watches and pulls water from the lake, drenching all the cats in water*
|
|
|||
|
cats: MRROOWWWRRRRR!! *the cats scramble off in opposite directions, stopping some distance away to slowly lick themselves dry* me: *walks onto the shore, dripping wet and shivering* thanks j-j-ade. t-t-he w-w-ater is fre-e-zing
|

|||
|
i bet... i felt the water when i pulled it from the lake...*conjures fleece blanket from nowhere*
|
|
|||
|
t-t-hanks *wraps myself up in it* should w-w-e go back t-to the mirror w-w-orld?
|
|
|||

sure...if we only knew how! do you know?

|
*laughs* *a glint of orange is seen in my eyes, and i warm up a bit* i dont even know where we came out at!

*points to the south behind us* somewhere over there..

we should go there then, and search for the door way. ill ride on your back to speed things up

|
finally! *snorts and shakes her head* come on, then...*stands next to Tiamat*
|

*jumps up and climbs onto jade's back. the cats watch us from far away, still licking them selves dry (which takes a long time)*
|
|
|||
|
hold on! *pushes off the ground and skims above the ground* tell me when it gets too cold..
|
|
|||
|
im fine *throws a stone, which i randomly picked up on the ground, and throws it at the big cat. it hits him on the head with a thunk, and he falls down, dazed*
|

|||
|
good one! *winds rushes past* almost there...*stops after a few seconds and starts slowing down*
|
|
|||
|
*sees some sort of haze, roughly in the shape of a door, and faintly green tinted* see that? *points*
|
|
|||
|
yup! *swerves to the direction of the shape and settles down in front of it*
|
|
|||
|
*slides off, then inspects it* hmm.. *sticks my hand through, and my hand seems to just disappear. nothing happens, and i draw my hand back* lets go *walks through the door, disappearing*
|
|
|||
|
*takes one last look at the landscape, then follows*
|
|
|||
|
*reappears outside the green mirror, and im back in the maze of mirrors**there is no sign of the basilisks anwhere*
 *glances around nervously*
|
|
|||
|
*comes out and nearly bumps into Tiamat* why did the basilisks want you anyway, if you mind me saying?
|
|
|||
|
*is silent, then reluctantly answers* a mixture of revenge, and they wanted me for a temporary pet. after they got bored with me, they would have devoured me whole, torturing me to near death first
|
|
|||
|
wow...*my claws click and clack on the floor* that's terrible. dragons are not pets. keep one, and they'll die. if not, they would live a long and miserable life.
|
|
|||
|
theyd probably get bored with me after a day or two. *looks up* hey isnt that the tree dspice made to mark the room? *branches are barely seen over the mirrors* the tree has fruit on it!
|

|||
|
fruit? *stomach growls* hmm..
|
|
|||
|
*manages to find my way to the room. once i get there, i reach up and pluck a pear shaped fruit* i g2g to bed now bye!
