He doesn't acctualy fly, he is a watchDragon, they are permenantly chained up. You can't acctualy see the chain because it is pierced though it's tail-arrow, these are used by Zoughtan Holds, they believe that dragons belong chained up and used as slaves . Ofcourse, they're to chicken to try chaining up wyverns from Shadow Gorge and Shadow Valley because those wyverns prefered food is griffon flesh.>:-}
