No, it's a load of crap. ERnest Drak never existed. That stuff in it is really inaccurate, and for the love of god, it's a CHIILDREN'S BOOK!

i half agree with Malchios, half with Stargazer. it is a great book but it isn't totally reliable seeing as it IS a children's book. it is entertaining and i enjoy it but if you are looking for serious dragonology i don't suggest getting it from that book

That book was designed to be a fun book for little kids to read, not to be a reliable source of information. Hence, it isn't a reliable source of information.

We don't. I'm not saying that I have a reliable source or even know what one looks like, I'm saying that Dragonology was never meant to be used as a resource of any kind.

there are no completely reliable sources, duh! but if you want something that actually sounds LIKELY i suggest not getting it from that book.

no, it's not a stupid question. there are too many worlds and realities to expect people to keep up with them all. Aunshald actually used to be connected with Earth, but during the Middle Ages we. . . agh, what's the word. . . separated ourselves from this reality. (that's where all the fairy tales come from.) anyway, though mortals most often call it Faerie, it's proper name is Aunshald. so you most likely have heard of it, just not by it's name. i actually don't know how to give it's location because as i said it's not in this reality.
